Description

This course will provide an overview of what is changing in both governmental accounting and auditing.  The Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) has been busy lately and we will review the accounting standards newly issued by GASB, including Leases and Fiduciary Activities. We will focus on the implementation of standards that will be effective in the near future and also discuss GASB’s current projects and exposure drafts so you better understand what’s coming in the near future. "1) A the break the speaker just stopped with not notification or comment. I was unsure whether there was a system issue or whether is was the break. 2) The letter for item 6 was C but it occurred prior to #4 and #5. This was alarming, as I wondered if I missed #4 & #5. I was thinking that I needed to restart the video. 3) You should enlarge the verification letters or add an audio beep. When concentrating on the speaker, I always afraid that I may miss the notification letter."
